Set in coastal town in Lebanon, the music teacher Leba marries his high school sweetheart Lara. After giving birth to two daughters, their son Ghadi is born with Down-Syndrome. While his parents lovingly care for him, the neighbors have little understanding for his disability. They want to set up a petition, so Ghadi will be taken away from his parents and has to live in a closed insitution.
